Application for TESL Toronto Executive
Thank you for your interest in serving on the TESL Toronto Executive for the 2017-18 Season!
GENERAL INFORMATION
The TESL Toronto Executive consists of between 12 and 16 volunteer members of the TESL Toronto Affiliate Chapter membership in good standing with TESL Ontario membership. TESL Toronto’s goal is to maintain a diverse cross-section of the membership teaching sectors and of particular specialisations. EXPECTATIONS
Terms begin at a 3-year term duration. New members begin in their first year as "Members at Large", which provides opportunity to acclimatize with the organisation, its mandate and its procedures. 80% attendance at Executive meetings, held monthly from September through June, and events is expected.

PROCESS
The deadline to submit an application is June 10, 2017. After submitting your application, the Executive steering committee will review all applications and contact selected candidates for interviews shortly thereafter. Chosen candidates will be invited to officially join the Executive after the election at the Annual General Meeting in October.
