Saturday, May 30th. For those travelling with guests, please indicate the number of guests who wish to attend the conference banquet on the Saturday evening.

Please note, guest tickets for the banquet incur a charge of $110.00 per person. Please include this additional charge in the payments made to C3 with the conference registration fee.

Sunday, May 31st. For those travelling with guests, please indicate the number of guests who wish to attend the dinner and games night on the Sunday evening.

Please note, guest tickets for the Sunday dinner and games night incur a charge of $30.00 per person. Please include this additional charge in the payments made to C3 with the conference registration fee.
