The 20th Major’s Memorial CCV Trial will be held at Eastnor Deer Park, Herefordshire, on the weekend of the 10th, 11th and 12th September 2021.
The trial will be run over both the Saturday and Sunday with up to 20 sections.
Scrutineering and signing-on will be held from Friday 12 noon - 10pm & Saturday 11th from 7.15am - 8.15am

THIS EVENT is open to teams of 3 drivers from ALRC Clubs & MUST BE PRE-BOOKED via this form OR by sending us a paper copy of the separate paper booking form
The closing date for entries is 31st August 2021
LATER ENTRIES: £165 (Early entries help with event planning)
Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis, so don’t delay - send your entry today to avoid disappointment!
Full refund if Coronavirus leads to event being cancelled, so please book early.

CONDITION OF TEAM ENTRY: To accommodate so many teams requires many marshals to enable safe and efficient organisation of the trial. Therefore it is a condition of entry that each team supplies at least one nominated marshal for each trial day.
Nominated marshals MUST "Sign-On" prior to the event as stated below & should "Check-In" with event officials when arriving at the site.
Failure to provide a marshal may result in the team’s disqualification from the event, without refund.
Marshals must be 16 or over.

Each driver & nominated marshal MUST "Sign-on" individually in line with Ms UK requirements via the separate "Signing-On" link on the Major's website BY 4th Sept. 2021.
IT'S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE Team Contact to ensure each of their drivers & nominated marshals Sign-On before the deadline.

Please state full names and Club Membership & Ms UK Licence Numbers of all drivers AND ensure that if a team member is Under Age, the relevant box has been selected on the form below & parent / guardian identified.
• If any team member is ‘Under Age’ you must provide proof of previous TYRO/RTV/CCV trials driven by either email (preferred) or by post (to the email address or postal address below after submitting this form).
• Please indicate all double drives on this form. NO TRIPLE DRIVES permitted.
Double drives must be in the same team.
This entry form can be used for up to 5 teams from the same club.
NB Many questions are mandatory, if answers are not provided, the form cannot be submitted.

Please pay via BACS / Online / Faster Payments to Sort Code 30-97-57 Account No. 28627968, using your surname and your Club initials as reference. If asked for the payee name, our account name is “Midland Rover Owners Club Ltd”. Dependant on your bank, you may not be able to specify all of this. Add all that you can.

If paying by cheque, please make out to Midland Rover Owners Club Ltd & send to Phil Rock (MROC Treasurer), 178 Cranmore Boulevard, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4RT adding your team name to the back of the cheque.

Camping is available in the Deer Park. Fees per unit are £15.00 per night which is payable upon arrival.
Sunday night is available by local arrangement with the Deer Park.
Catering, toilets, marquee, and bar have been arranged. .
The campsite in the Deer Park will open Friday 10th at 12 noon & closes at midday on Monday.
