Councilor Avalos Constituent Days Meeting Request

Please use the form below to request a 20-minute in-person appointment during the designated date and time block.

Please note: Requesting a specific appointment date or time does not guarantee availability, as multiple people may request the same slot. After you submit your preferred date(s) and time(s), a staff member will contact you to coordinate scheduling. Your appointment is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation from our office along with a calendar invitation.  

All meetings will be held at Midland Library. Priority will be given to constituents, business owners, and community groups in District 1. Please note that lobbyists are not eligible for these appointments.

After you submit the form, a staff member will follow up to confirm your appointment.
