Milton Academy is pleased to offer our alumni community a host of adult affinity spaces and cultural groups across a wide range of identities, including gender, ability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, and race.
Affinity spaces are open to alumni who can speak in the space using “I” statements (ex: I am Jewish; I am a Milton graduate of color). Each space will be facilitated by trained alumni volunteers who will partner with school leadership to create and maintain spaces that are affirming for identity development and supportive of cross-cultural interactions.
As a co-facilitator of an adult affinity space, you serve as the liaison between Milton Academy and space participants. You and your co-facilitator(s) schedule, plan, and execute affinity space meetings, set the goals for your space, and plan one community program annually.
