I understand that my participation in the market is subject to the approval of the market coordinator and governing committee.
I understand that after my first week, a $10 fee is expected from all vendors each week, with incremental increases of an additional $5 for each $100 of sales ($30 maximum). Prompt and full payment is expected.
I understand that a $20 fee will be assessed if not given 48 hours advance notice before a cancellation or no-show.
I understand that all my products must meet the Farmers Market Requirements set forth by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.
I understand that I am responsible for all products, displays, signage, transportation, setup and cleanup, and payment transactions at my booth.
I understand that I am expected to set up between 3:15 and 4:00 PM, and clean up between 7:00 and 7:30 PM each week.
I understand that there is no electricity on site, and no driving on the grounds.
I understand that my business name, details, and photos of my products may be used by the market for promotional purposes.
I understand that I must obtain insurance for my products, and I release the market and CNAP from all responsibility for loss, personal injury, damages, or deaths that may occur as a result of the negligence or products of myself or my sales associates.
