Wellesley Climate Action Plan Community Survey
Provide input to Wellesley's town-wide Climate Action Plan by taking the 5-minute survey, below! The Plan will provide a roadmap for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and enhancing resilience to climate change impacts in the areas of energy, buildings, mobility, waste, natural resources, and governance. The Climate Action Plan follows from Wellesley's Unified Plan and from the GHG emissions reduction goals first established by Town Meeting in 2009 and most recently revised in 2021. Goals call for net zero town-wide emissions by 2050, a 75% reduction below 2007 baseline levels by 2040, and a 50% reduction by 2030. These goals align with science and with state and federal targets.
By participating in this survey you will help the Town design and prioritize programs for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Your responses are voluntary and confidential. Responses will not be identified by individual.
