- Please let us know if you are interested in collaborating with Scalehouse or renting the gallery space.
- Collaboration:
Scalehouse and your organization will work together on event; splitting
cost/revenue, event production responsibilities, and promotion.
- Renting:
Your organization will rent the gallery space and be in charge of the
event, production and promotion. (The Scalehouse team will help promote
on our social channels). A Scalehouse staff member will not be present
for the event.
Hourly rates for renting are $75.00.
Multiple day rental pricing to be determined after completing the following form.
Alcohol: If providing alcohol, a caterer or other 3rd party service is required to handle with a certificate
of liability insurance (General Liability and Liquor Liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence)
naming Scalehouse as “additional insured”.
Renting partners shall obtain and maintain, at Vendor’s sole expense, a commercial general liability policy, written by a reputable company, insuring Vendor’s activities on the Premises for loss, damage, or liability for personal injury or death of any person or loss or damage to property occurring in, on, or about the Premises in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit and naming Scalehouse and its landlord (Northwest Key Property Management) as additional insured.
Our PA System and Projector are available to rent, based on request, at an extra cost and an equipment rental agreement
must be signed. PA System Rental:$150/per day, Projector: $75/per day.
- Scalehouse
will supply up to 35 folding chairs (upon request) and up to two
tables. Tables can not be moved without a Scalehouse representative.
Moving the tables could result in a fine of $100. Scalehouse is not
responsible for any injury caused by moving tables.
