Vernal Preparedness EXPO Vendor Application
This is the vendor application for the Vernal Preparedness Expo produced by Shine Events LLC, to be held January 27, 2018 in Vernal, Utah at the Uintah Conference Center (313 East 200 South, Vernal, UT 84078) from 8 am-6 pm. Please fill out this form completely. Your application will be added to our other inquiries. We carefully read each application. If you are not chosen for this event, please consider applying in the future.

Only one vendor for each product will be allowed to sell at the Vernal Preparedness Expo. This allows us to offer a variety of buying opportunities for our guests. If you are applying to sell a particular line of product (i.e. Great Harvest, Juuva, Auguson Farms, etc.) and we already have someone registered to sell that product at this event, your application will be denied. Apply early for the best opportunity to secure your spot. Once your application is processed and accepted, full payment for your booth will be required to hold your space. You will receive an email at the address provided below with instructions for payment.

1 Standard Table will be provided in our main vendor hall for $85 (Available to Presenters for $70)
1 Standard PLUS Table will be provided by the registration desk or one of the first booths by the entrance to the main hall for $150 (Available to presenters for $125) Standard PLUS booths SOLD OUT!

Payment for your vendor booth must be made within 3 days of your booth approval. Booth payments can be made on Paypal at julie.shineevents@gmail.com. Choice of booth location will be made available after payment has been made and is on a first come, first served bases.
A $10 booth discount is available for referring other clients that are approved as vendors for the Vernal Preparedness Expo 2018. Please make sure that your name/business is listed in the "referred by" section to receive your credit. You will be notified by email if you are awarded credit to your account. If you have already paid your vendor booth fee, you may either choose to have credits refunded to your account or to be applied toward ad space in the program.
All vendors must be properly licensed for business in the state of Utah and are responsible for paying any sales tax on products sold in their vendor booths. Vendors with food related products who plan on giving out samples must have the proper licensing to do so from the state of Utah.

Exhibitors will receive two (2) exhibitor passes (for booth workers) and two (2) general admission tickets per booth
Exhibitors are responsible for the set up and take down of their product and booth(s) and must provide their own handcarts
If you are willing to provide door prizes to be given away in the Expo before class breakouts, please let us know. We will give verbal recognition from the stage to businesses that provide door prizes. Door prizes must value at least $20.
ORGANIZER will furnish pipe and drape for the back and sides, 1 eight foot table, and 2 chairs. EXHIBITOR assumes all other costs, such as lighting, signage, carpeting, etc. The leased booth space(s) shall be used exclusively by EXHIBITOR. EXHIBITOR shall not represent more than one business at each booth.
Subletting- EXHIBITOR shall not, without prior written consent of ORGANIZER, assign or sublet any part of this Agreement or the leased booth(s).
Disruptive Behavior- If Shine Events, LLC, determines that the conduct of EXHIBITOR is disruptive to the EVENT or the EXHIBITOR is not acting in a courteous and professional manner, Shine Events, LLC may remove EXHIBITOR from the EVENT and in which case, EXHIBITOR shall not receive a refund on the Contract Price.
Health Department Regulations- Shine Events, LLC, will not be responsible for any Health Department regulations for food samples provided in booth(s) and EXHIBITOR. All necessary health code specifics and fees are the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR. EXHIBITOR must submit a Temporary Food Establishment Application to the Health Department at least 12 days prior to the EVENT.

Wavier of Liability- Shine Events, LLC, will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred by EXHIBITOR as a result of fire, theft, wind, storm, explosion, or any other cause whatsoever. Shine Events, LLC, is not responsible for damage from loss of occupancy or other loss to EXHIBITOR by destruction or damage to the exhibit area. EXHIBITOR releases Shine Events, LLC, from any and all responsibility for theft or damage to equipment, booth(s), or displays within the booth(s)- by fire, rain, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. EXHIBITOR assumes full and total responsibility for all patrons of the EVENT who visit or enter EXHIBITOR’S booth(s) and releases and agrees to indemnify Shine Events, LLC, from any claims by any patron concerning the goods or services EXHIBITOR displays, provides or sells at, or in connection with, the EVENT. EXHIBITOR agrees to bear full responsibility for any damage caused to the exhibition facility by EXHIBITOR, their agents or employees during the EVENT, and while setting up or taking down of their booth(s). EXHIBITOR agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and covenants not to sue Shine Events, LLC, for any and all liability, real or alleged, arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement. EXHIBITOR agrees to pay all costs of collection, default, break or enforcement hereunder, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
