You can fill out this form with your entries and submit it to be entered for a $5 Amazon (or other store) gift card. 

Each answer in the quest is worth 1 token.

Remember to save the link to this form. You can come back to it and edit your answers up until October 30 at 11:59 PM EST. This also means you don't have to do it all at once. (If the Google Form does not let you close it without putting the answers in, just type something like TBAL (to be answered later) and then come back before the competition closes.

1) You can only list a book once in each quest. 

2) You can only use the stories included in the event.
