Pillsbury Court Maintenance Request

For facility-related emergencies with electricity, plumbing, heating, or a lockout, call 612-624-2900. 

For non-emergency repairs, submit this request. Requests for non-emergency repairs will be addressed within five business days.

Repairs usually occur between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

By submitting this request, you authorize repair staff to enter your unit and this serves as our notice of entry and the University's notice of entry if required under Minn. Stat. §504B.211.

By filling out this form, you are providing information which may be private data under Minnesota law. You are not required to fill out this form, but we cannot complete your maintenance request without this information. The University will use the information you provide in this form to complete your maintenance request, and for internal business purposes as allowed by law, and not for any other purpose unless required by law.
