Outline of classes: 
1.Teach how to get out of holds and how to get away safely during sexual assault or
domestic violence scenarios
2. Teach how to kick and punch properly in order to defend themselves
3. Teach how to remain calm and stay logical during sexual assault/domestic violence
situations
4. Teach how to handle bullying in a safe manner(emotionally and physically)
5.Promote inspiration and self awareness thru motivational speech from personal
experience

- T-shirts for participants

- Certificate upon completion
