Requests for Immigration Legal Intakes and Information
Intakes and Consultations: To ensure a broader capacity for legal intakes for non-U.S. citizen Stanford students, we now have a new confidential link, available https://www.vblaw.com/contact/. The new link is for non-U.S. citizen Stanford students, that is, individuals matriculated and enrolled as Stanford students (who may have F, J, or other immigration status). Such students may use the portal to seek information about the effect of recent immigration policy changes on their status. The confidential and secure portal connects Stanford students directly to Van Der Hout, LLP, an immigration law firm. As before, depending on individual circumstances, students may receive general information or an individual consultation. To submit a request for confidential immigration legal assistance, students must be enrolled and matriculated at Stanford.

Information Sessions: The Stanford Law School Immigrants’ Rights Clinic will continue to host information sessions relating to new immigration announcements that may impact noncitizen Stanford students and scholars. As these are scheduled, we will share dates and information with you all.

General Information and Written Resources: The Stanford Law School Immigrants’ Rights Clinic will continue to collect and post relevant know-your-rights materials on our WEBSITE.
