Ealy Volunteer Sign Up Form
There are many opportunities for parents, grandparents and White Lake community members to share their time and talents with our children and teachers. Many of our programs rely on volunteers in order to be offered to our students and would not be possible without your support. Here are brief descriptions of some of the volunteer opportunities at Ealy. Plese take a few minutes to look over the descriptions of our main volunteer programs and please mark which opportunities you would be interested in helping with!

Adopt-A-Reader: Our Special Project's Coordinator coordinates this amazing program that pairs students needing extra reading time with an adult mentor. Adult volunteers meet with "their" student for some one-on-one reading time for one half-hour a week.
Book Fair: This twice-a-year (during Parent-Teacher conferences) event is enjoyed by all. Volunteers work together to staff the cash register, help kids select books, maintain the stock of books, and pack & unpack.
Cafeteria & Playground: This volunteer opportunity would allow you to assist in the cafeteria and/or playground helping our students and we support them in a positive atmosphere.
Enrichment Groups: Connected to our Advanced/Accelerated programming, this allows you to help with enrichment groups in the classroom. Our Special Project's Coordinator is the contact person for this volunteer opportunity.
Field Day: This is a once a year event that is enjoyed by all! Volunteers work together to staff Field Day. Coordinated through our Fitness & Wellness Teacher at the end of the year.
Passive Fundraising: Our schools collect box tops, soup labels, and participate in the Shorely 5K. Volunteers for passive fundraising help organize, cut out labels, mail labels, and communicate about these possibilities with our families and the community.
