Partos, in partnership with the Community of Practice on Data & Digitalisation, has co-developed a Digital Maturity Quick Scan. This tool is designed for Partos members as Dutch Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to conduct a comprehensive analysis of their current status and maturity level within their digitalisation journey. Additionally, the tool will serve as a baseline to evaluate the efforts of Partos towards Data & Digitalisation. The quick scan draws from the Principles of Digital Development and incorporates additional inquiries on Digital Leadership and Digital Inclusion.

Have you measured the current position of your organization regarding data and digitalisation? This assessment aims to enhance your understanding of your organization's current approach to data and digitalisation in your projects (organisational result). It will also provide a broader landscape analysis, encompassing the overall situation among Partos members (sector result).

How to fill in the quick scan?
Please bear in mind the following guidelines when filling in the quick scan:

• We want to emphasize that all responses are valuable, as the purpose of this survey is to assess your current operations, rather than envision an idealistic future state or to assess specific countries or projects within your operation.
• Please select the response that best reflects your organization's present stage. The survey questions are designed to be answered from your organization's perspective, focusing on its management strategy towards digitalisation.
  
• This assessment does not measure your personal competence, but offers a reflection of your organisations position.
• We kindly request each organization to complete this survey once (one submitted survey per organization).
  
• If you are uncertain about any aspect, we encourage you to seek input from your team or colleagues responsible for digitalisation efforts.
• Feel free to re-use and adapt the assessment though for project, country or partner assessments. For our own impact records, we would appreciated to be informed about external uses (gigi@partos.nl)

Purpose
The findings will be collected by Partos, where they will be compiled and anonymized to generate a baseline for monitoring and evaluating our collective work on Data & Digitalisation. The outcomes will provide an overarching view of the state of Digitalisation within the Dutch NGO sector and will help identify how Partos can better support its members in enhancing their level of digital maturity. Ultimately, the quick scan is intended as a learning tool, to help organisations identify challenges and opportunities next steps in their digitalization journey.

What's in it for you?
Partos will also email the results to your organisation. You will receive an overview of your organisational digital maturity and on the 6 dimensions assessed. You can use these results to identify areas of progress and areas that need further support.
