Thank you for taking an interest in wanting to be part of our staff! Below is a series of questions you'll need to fill out for the role(s) you are looking to fill.
We require that both the player and character are over the age of 21. While The Tipping Scales is not an ERP venue, mature themes may occur, and thus we maintain this age requirement. Furthermore, while the venue is 18+, we do require all members of staff to be over the age of 21.
This venue is LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
All staff members will be paid a stipend of 200,000 gil per night (adjusted slightly for Bartenders based on tips and sales). Staff members are encouraged to keep all tips they receive from patrons, no questions asked and no reporting of earnings necessary.
We ask that you be aware of the responsibilities of each role. (For example, though you may sign up to be a Greeter, but we may find ourselves short-staffed at the bar and ask you to jump behind the counter to help out.) You need not be an expert in every role, but willingness to step up when asked is incredibly appreciated! Plus The Cage Master will throw in a bonus to those who help out with the other roles!
