Braeside Lunch Pickup Request
If you'd like to pick up your student's Food Day order due to an absence or appointment, please complete this form by 10:30 AM on the day you plan to pick up your child's hot lunch. Please do not fill out this form in advance of an absence (e.g., the day before), otherwise it is possible we will miss your request. 

Lunches will be placed in the vestibule area by 11:50 am for pick up. Any lunches that remain in the vestibule at 1:00pm will be discarded.
