JOB DESCRIPTION:
This job requires that you provide house cleaning services to different clients living in apartments, condos and houses in the CITY of Toronto. Most of our clients live in DOWNTOWN TORONTO.
This full time job requires that you clean 2 homes per day. One in the morning starting at 8:00 am, and then you will travel to a second client in the afternoon, arriving anytime between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
All employees must be available to work FULL TIME HOURS, 40 - 44 HOURS PER WEEK, EVERY WEEK.
Custom Maids only hires PERMANENT EMPLOYEES. We are looking for LONG-TERM PERMANENT EMPLOYEES TO WORK FULL TIME HOURS, 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS A WEEK.
All employees must choose to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EITHER Tuesday to Saturday OR Wednesday to Sunday.
WE DO NOT HIRE PART TIME STAFF. WE DO NOT HIRE TEMPORARY STAFF.

- wash and put away dishes
- laundry
- scrub bathroom tiles
- clean toilets
- iron clothes
- clean inside ovens
- dust furniture
- vacuum carpets & flooring
- clean inside microwave ovens
- polish wood furniture
- change & make beds
- organize cupboards
- clean cupboard doors
- clean baseboards & window sills
- mop floors
- wipe down & clean leather furniture
- polish glass & mirrors
- other cleaning duties and tasks as necessary
Custom Maids employees are paid an hourly rate which starts at $16.55 per hour. Plus, you will earn CASH TIPS from many of your clients for working hard and doing a good job. Custom Maids employees receive regular performance-based wage increases as well as the recognition and praise they deserve as skilled, honest and hardworking individuals from both the Company and their clients.
Custom Maids staff members work INDEPENDENTLY, not in teams.
Custom Maids employees earn 2 weeks paid vacation, after 1 full year of employment.
After 5 years, Custom Maids employees earn 3 weeks paid vacation.
All Custom Maids employees also are entitled to 9 paid statutory holidays each calendar year.
