Hallitus- ja Johtishaku 2025 - Recruitment of Board and Johtis 2025

Haluatko mukaan tekemään Teekkaripurjehtijoiden toimintaa vuodelle 2025? Kerho tarvitsee aktiivisia vapaaehtoisia toimintansa pyörittämiseksi, ja haku vuoden 2024 hallitukseen sekä muihin vastuutehtäviin on nyt auki. Ensi vuoden hallitus, toiminnantarkastajat, sekä muita toimihenkilöitä valitaan vaalikokouksessa, joka järjestetään Tripin pikkujoulujen yhteydessä  pe 29.11.

Vaalikokouksessa valitaan hallituksen ja toiminnantarkastajien lisäksi vain keskeisimmät vastuutoimihenkilöt, kuten hallituksen ulkopuoliset pääveneenhoitajat ja IT-vastaavat. Jäsenet tiimeihin valitsee hallitus 2025 toimikautensa alussa ja aikana. Tällä lomakkeella voit kuitenkin jo ilmoittaa kiinnostuksesi myös näihin tiimeihin.

Hallitus- tai toimihenkilö- eli johtistoiminta on erinomainen mahdollisuus päästä aktiivisesti mukaan kaikkeen kerhon toimintaan ja oppia! Hallitus- ja toimihenkilötoiminnasta saa myös kirjata talkootunteja. Talkootunneilla saat varattua kerhon köliveneitä omaan käyttöön tulevien purjehduskausien aikana.

Ilmoittaessasi kiinnostuksesi tehtäviin tällä lomakkeella, sinuun tullaan olemaan yhteydessä vielä ennen valintoja – et siis vielä sitoudu mihinkään. Haku on auki kokoukseen asti, ja vielä kokouksessakin voi asettua ehdolle. Mikäli listassa ei ole haluamaasi vaihtoehtoa, mutta sinulla on hyvä idea, mitä haluaisit kerhossa tehdä, ota yhteyttä! Hyville uusille ideoille löytyy aina tukea.

Do you want to join for organizing Teekkaripurjehtijat activities for year 2024? The club needs active volunteers, and call for the next year's board and other officials is now open. The board, auditors (Fi: toiminnantarkastajat) and other officials are elected in the Election Meeting, which is held in combination with Trip's pre-christmas party on 29th of November.

Apart from the board and auditors, only the essential officials, such as Heads of Boat Maintenance (if not in board) and IT responsibles, are elected in the Election Meeting. The members for teams, such as Boat Maintenance or Dinghy Team, will be chosen by the Board 2025. However, you can already inform about your interest for becoming a member of these teams, by filling this form.

Being a board member or official (= a Johtis member) is a great way to get aboard to all club's activities and learn! For your work as board member or official, you will also get bee-hours (Fi: Talkootunnit). Bee-hours can be used for your own boat reservations for upcoming sailing seasons.

After filling this form, you will be contacted before any elections are done - so you are not committing to anything yet by filling the form. The application is open until the Election Meeting, and you can also apply for a position at site during the meeting. If there is not satisfying positions listed in the form, but you have a great idea what you could do for the club, contact us! There will always be support for great new ideas.
