AERO Membership Application (New Members)
Please complete this application and return the necessary supporting documentation no later than Monday, Dec. 4, 2017 in order to be eligible for AERO Membership during the 2017-2018 school year. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Members will be notified of acceptance no later than Dec. 14, 2017. Thank you for your participation in AERO!
Membership Requirements (Please check each you intend to complete)
3 or more years of service to San Diego County schools and communities.
Local San Diego county organization as verified by a copy of 501(c)3 or Business License .
Programs are facilitated by qualified Teaching Artists.
Provide 3 letters of recommendation. (See details in email or contact us for more information
Participate in end of year survey.
Supporting documentation mailed, emailed, or hand delivered no later than 12/4/17
Participate in a minimum of 5 AERO Events listed below.
