Thank-you for your interest in presenting a panel, demonstration, or event at the 2019 Pure Spec Festival. Please tell us a bit about yourself and what you'd like to present. Please limit yourself to a maximum of three (3) proposals, and each proposal must be submitted individually.

If other people will be helping you with your event please provide their names and contact emails as well. For panels, we may suggest other panelists to present with you.

Our goal is to audio record every panel this year, and each room will be equipped with a laptop and a snowball mic (or two). This audio will be made available to you for your use; Pure Spec will also use it for promotional purposes. Our room monitor will be responsible for starting and stopping the recording. If you have other technical or material  requirements, please indicate them below. If you are bringing any tech, you are responsible for any connectors you need.

Panels will run from 4pm-9pm on Friday (last panels starting at 8pm), and 10am-6pm (last panels starting at 5pm). Each panel is planned around an hour, with five minutes at the top and bottom of the hour to allow folks to move between panels. Demonstrations and other events may be longer or shorter, depending on requirements.
