Helping Hands Repair Cafe - Oct 10, 2026

Do you have a flickering lamp, a bike with a flat tire, a chair with a broken rung, or a favorite garment with a hole? Don't replace it—bring it to the Repair Café and work alongside a volunteer repair coach to give your cherished items a second life. Repairs are free, and you'll have the opportunity to learn how the fix is done while enjoying a cup of coffee and connecting with others in the community.

The Repair Café will take place on Saturday, October 10, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at First Plymouth Church, 3501 S. Colorado Blvd., Cherry Hills Village, CO 80113.

Please note: Registration is requested so we can ensure we have the appropriate repair coaches and resources available. A coach may contact you before the event to gather additional information about your repair or recommend materials to bring with you. By providing your phone number, you consent to being contacted regarding your repair if additional information is needed.

Please note: By providing your phone number, you give permission for a Repair Coach to contact you if additional information is needed about your repair. This conversation helps our coaches determine whether special tools, replacement parts, or other supplies may be required. If we are unable to reach you when additional information is needed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your repair during the event.  
To help manage repair volumes and wait times, we are offering two arrival windows: 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. Please select your preferred time slot below. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, but placement is not guaranteed and may depend on repair type, coach availability, and overall event demand. Your time window will be confirmed in an email closer to the event.
