~~ Our festivals have been submitted to over 100 online community calendars in Greater Tampa Bay!
~~ Our publicist has a proven record of getting our team noticed throughout print & televised media outlets in Greater Tampa Bay AND Central Florida. (yes, our fans drive THAT far to join in the fun)
~~ Each festival will have 10,000 palm cards designed, printed, and distributed at our neighbors' doors & showcased in local businesses.
~~ Online features of our participating vendors with LINKS back to their websites or Social Media business page.
~~ Festival Websites will receive investments in Google Ad Words campaigns.
~~ Each Festival Facebook Business page will have photo albums to showcase our vendors, and they are NOT DELETED.

Annual Festivals -
- 2020 Summer Festival For Good at SunWest Park - June 20th (10am - 6pm)
- 2020 Florida Watermelon Festival at SunWest Park - July 25th (10am - 6pm)
- 2020 Annual Macaroni & Cheese Fall Festival (October 24th: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm) - SunWest Park, Hudson, FL

FESTIVAL VENDOR FEES:
MarketSpace For Good Vendors (Crafters, Cottage Food Vendors, Direct Sales) - $100

Shop Local For Good Showcase (Independently Owned Local Service Providers) - $150

Entree Food Truck - $150 flat fee

Drinks / Sweets Food Truck ~ $100 flat fee

FESTIVAL VENDOR FEES (Per Festival):
~50% deposit due to lock-in menu, products, or services.
~Remainder of fee(s) due no later than 120 days prior to the festival date(s).
~Promotions of vendor participation will not begin until the entirety of the vendor fee is satisfied for each festival.

BONUS PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES for all registered vendors:
Donate an additional gift certificate for your business valued at a minimum of $25 to The Benevolution Foundation's Featured Door Prize Basket at each festival.
Additional features of your sponsorship of the featured door prize basket.

2020 SEMINAR OVERVIEW
(Vendors who complete their payments for ALL THREE 2020 Festivals by January 15th will receive these OPPORTUNITIES FOR FREE - Email karena@shoplocalforgood.com for festival registration & terms of participation):

~ $100.00 ~ One-hour Group Marketing Seminar designed specifically by industry leaders towards GROWING our participating vendors’ following & fans in Greater Tampa Bay. Seating is limited.
Includes a FREE 30-minute private coaching session that is tailored to each vendor’s current online marketing strategy. (50% discount offered for vendors who are registered for at least TWO of the 2020 "Festivals For Good" NO LATER than January 15, 2020)

BONUS PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES for all registered vendors:

+$100.00 per festival ~ Unique Festival webpage link featuring individual vendor’s “story”, up to six additional promotional photos of your product or service, and festival promotional photo with a direct link to vendor’s business website or Social Media account of their choice.


OUR REGISTRATION PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
- Festival Inquiry Completed by the vendor or interested sponsor.

- We will review each request for products/services conflicts with currently registered vendors/sponsors.

- Shop Local For Good will follow up with all inquiries, and include "Terms of Participation" for vendors/sponsors who are accepted.

- Vendor/Sponsor MUST review the terms carefully, AND REPLY to the Shop Local For Good email with their agreement to abide by all terms or with ANY QUESTIONS they may have about the requirements of participation.

PARTICIPATION IS NOT GUARANTEED WITHOUT COMPLETED PAYMENT & REGISTRATION.

- Once payment is completed by the participant, Shop Local For Good will design a specific promotion of the business and will begin promotion in the scheduled timeline.
