Thanks for choosing Ms. Didi's to be a part of your Thanksgiving dinners this year! Please fill out the form in its entirety. You will receive a catering invoice shortly after your submission. **Please make note that the half pan sizes typically feed 10-12 ppl. If you want multiple orders of the same item, please specify in space below asking about quantity**

 Important Details & Late Fee Policies:

*Last order submission deadline: 11:59 PM on Sunday, November 24

*Last-minute orders (Nov 25–27) will incur an additional $50 fee

*Order pickup: Thursday, Nov 27 at 1 PM

*Late pickup (after 2 PM) will incur an additional $60 fee
