Youth Faith Formation Registration (2024-2025)
Please complete this form to register your child for Youth Faith Formation at the Parish of St. Vincent Ferrer and St. Catherine of Siena. ALL SESSIONS WILL BE HELD IN PERSON. CGS Infant & Toddler sessions are held at St. Vincent Ferrer and are limited to 6 children (plus one parent each). CGS Level I, II, and III sessions are held at St. Catherine of Siena and are limited to 10 children per session for Level I and 12 children per session for Levels II & III. Confirmation Preparation sessions are held at St. Catherine of Siena and are limited to 10 youth per session. The Youth Faith Formation fee is payable online via WeShare.
