Thank you for your interest in the Annual Fossil Ridge Library Art Competition
Please read and comply with the following:
The art competition is ONLY open to individuals that meet the following requirements: must be between the ages of 14 and 18 and attending a high school (or homeschooled) in the following towns: Braidwood, Wilmington and Coal City and Gardner.
The art competition is open to 2-dimensional works and sculpture (including ceramics, fiber, wood, and other). Wall-hung works of art should not exceed a total area of 3ft X 3ft. Works on paper should be matted or mounted on black paper. All framed work must be ready to hang including a hanging wire attached. Sculptures must be free-standing and be displayed within a maximum area of 4ft X4ft. Only original work is allowed, no copies or prints will be accepted. Digitally created work should be printed and mounted on black paper or matted.
