Use this form to register your project and request assistance (tools, debris bins, trash pickups, mulch, volunteer matching, promotion, etc.) for Oakland Creek to Bay Day (Saturday, September 16, 2017). Please submit this form by August 18, 2017. If your registration is submitted after these dates, we may not be able to accommodate all of your requests. You may not be listed in our promotional materials either.

Please mark your calendar for the Creek to Bay Day Site Coordinator Meeting on Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Oakland City Hall in Hearing Room 4 (second floor).
