2024 Middle School Camp 
This form is for rising 5th through 8th grade players only. 

Rising 5th-8th grade times will be from 4-6 PM Monday, June 24-Thursday, June 27

Cost: $150 Cash, check and online payments  (processing fees are included in this link) are accepted. If you pay online be sure to include the PLAYER name. Please note all payments made are final and non-refundable. 

Camp will be held at Cokesbury United Methodist Church 4990 Dorchester Road N. Charleston, SC 29418
