Instructions:
Thank you for your interest in our Internship in Global Operations! Every year, God uses this opportunity to change lives. We hope that you'll encounter the Lord in a personal way as you complete this application, telling us about your strengths, areas to grow in, relationships -- and your heart. We trust that God will continue to lead you as you seek His face and His will.

Here's a brief outline of what you need to do to apply for your internship.

1. Complete your portion of the application. Please plan to complete this in one sitting. It may take about an hour. If you cannot finish it one sitting, we recommend you copy your answers into another document. You'll be asked to give us personal information - from basic information like your major in school, to your ministry experiences, and even to how you live out your moral convictions. We want to find out more about you and how God is leading you concerning your summer!

2. Provide a reference. You'll need to contact a reference who is not related to you. A spiritual leader (preferably a Cru staff member, or you may ask a pastor or other vocational Christian worker to do this for you). You will give us their e-mail address and an online reference form will be emailed to them to complete on your behalf. Be aware that sometimes these emails end up in their spam.

3. When will I hear if I am accepted? In order for your application to be considered complete you need to have 1) submitted your application, 2) your reference has submitted their online forms. 3) we have conducted an interview with you. Once applications are completed, they are sent to your specific Internship Team Leader for review. You can expect to hear back from us within few weeks. We will continue to accept applications as long as we have spots available.
