Absences need to be reported within 72 hours of the absence. Any additional days absent will need a new form submission.

Depending on the volume of calls/google form submissions, and other situations, Infinite Campus may take up to 3 days to reflect any changes. You may still receive auto messages, please disregard these since you have already reported your student's absence.

If your student has had to stay home from school, please fill out this form and let us know why. Students who are in quarantine qualify for independent study which will remove any absences from their record after completion of schoolwork while at home. Requests for independent study may be made with attendnace. Excused absences are typically due to illness, medical appointments, funerals, or religious observance. Most other reasons are unexcused - visiting relatives, vacations, extended weekends, etc.

Las ausencias justificadas generalmente se deben a aislamiento/cuarentena por COVID, enfermedad, citas médicas, funerales u observancia religiosa. La mayoría de las otras razones son injustificadas: visitas a familiares, vacaciones, fines de semana prolongados, etc.
