2019 February Mini-Camp Registration
Please register each participant separately.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: FEBRUARY 8TH, 2019.

FEBRUARY 15TH, 2019 - FEBRUARY 16TH, 2019. Drop off is at 6pm on Friday; Pick up is at 12NOON on Saturday.

LOCATION: Ludlow Falls Camp
2535 State Route 48, Ludlow Falls, OH 45339.

The Junior Branch Board has planned activities focused on the four content areas of CISV: Diversity, Conflict-Resolution, Sustainable Development, and Human Rights. Mixed in with classic, fun CISV activities :-)

Items to bring include:
-Sleeping bag and pillow
-Toiletries for the night/morning
-Change of clothes
-Pajamas

*All cell phones/mobile devices may be brought, but we ask that they are not to be used during the camp.

Registration fee: $25. How will you be paying? (We are not able to accept credit or debit.) *
TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. This registration fee will cover facilities cost, dinner, breakfast, snacks, materials needed, and any left over money from registration fees will be donated to JB fund for future activities.

These will be emailed to you within 2 days of registering. Please complete and bring with you. You do NOT need to complete Part 5 of the Health Form.

For names and cell phone numbers for onsite chaperone and in-transit chaperone, please list Katie Bigelow (937-216-8045). This is our Junior Branch advisor and she will be present for the duration of the event.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
