ADOPT-A-TREE to plant on Black Creek Community Farm land. Sign up for a workshop time. You can plant your tree after you have completed the planting and care workshop.


TERMS:
By registering for a free tree through the Tree For Me program, you agree to the following:
  - I agree to take part in the Planting and Care workshop at the event.
  - I agree to care for the tree to the best of my ability.  
  - I agree to allow Toronto Parks and Trees Foundation and the host organization to contact me.
