🎉 Join the Fun—Volunteer at the Rolling Meadows End-of-Year BBQ!

The School Council is excited to host our annual BBQ on Wednesday, June 11, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and we’d love your help to make it a great evening for our students, families, and staff.

We’re looking for parents and caregivers to assist with:
  • Monitoring inflatables 
  • Face painting 
  • Monitoring lawn games
  • Cleanup
Important: Volunteers must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check to ensure student safety.

Please complete all required fields, select your availability and preferred volunteer station, and click “Submit.” A School Council representative will follow up with a confirmation and further details.
