Instructions: 1. All dishes MUST BE completely free of animal products and by-products. (NO EXCEPTIONS)2. All ingredients must be prepared prior to arrival and "READY-TO-EAT." (Reheated to 165*)3. Food must be prepared in accordance with the standards of the health department and food safety standards of ServSafe and National Restaurant Association. 4. Participants will be required to prepare 5 pounds of dry pasta to be served in 2 ounce portion cups which will be provided by Midwest Vegan Fest. (One submission only per contestant). Entry Fee: $Free
