2024 Dance/NYC Rehearsal Space Subsidy Program Artist Registration Form
Please answer the following questions in order to complete your registration and access dance rehearsal space at reduced rates (also referred to as subsidized rates) through the New York City Dance Rehearsal Space Subsidy Program.  

You will be required to complete this survey once per calendar year, regardless of the number of times or facilities you use as part of this program.  

Note that this form requests the email address you would like associated with your registration but not your name. Personal information will be kept confidential to the fullest extent by Dance/NYC and will only be shared with facilities without personal identifying information. Facilities will separately receive your email address as confirmation that you have registered to access subsidized space at their facility for this calendar year.

Information collected through this registration form may be used in anonymized aggregated form to inform future Dance/NYC programs and research studies. Data may be shared in anonymized form with facilities participating in this program. Data will not be used for any other purpose except for which is outlined in this policy and as may be required by law.
