IGNITE Career Launch Program - Mentee Survey 2025
Our goal in IGNITE is to help you get the support you need towards your path in STEM. The program will partner IGNITE alumni with a female- identify STEM mentor in order to create an opportunity to foster a connection with a STEM professional to gain insight and guidance within the industry. This form is to gather information to help pair you with a mentor. 

Mentees can expect:
  • Meeting their mentor for at least 6 sessions.
  • 1 hour each session (recommended).
  • A full 12-week guideline to help lead sessions.
  • Scheduling these sessions between Sep 15 - Dec 5.
  • Meeting via video calling -- if the mentee and mentor agree to meet in-person, it must be in a public space.
