To Book a stall please complete this form. All forms must be completed by Friday 19th June.

Please Note - By completing this form it does not guarantee you a stall at this years Gala. A Gala committee member will be in contact to confirm or decline this request.

Stall prices range from £20 - £60 and if you require tables and chairs, these are extra, see below for pricing.

GAZEBO USE

For Health & Safety reasons Gazebo's MUST be a commercial style gazebo which can withstand wind and is secured to the ground properly. We can not allow the erecting of any low cost, standard gazebo's as these blow away in the wind and cause danger to people on the Moor.

Minimum requirements of a commercial style Gazebo are:

Pro MX heavyweight Gazebo Frame with 32mm Square Steel Legs & Hammer Tested Nylon Joints.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Standard stall space is 3x3m. More than one space can be booked, please indicate above.

We allow for 38 stalls on site in total. We have 9 Gazebos kindly donated from Slung Low for those stalls not allocated in the Marquee but still requesting cover.

We will have space for 20 stalls under 1 large Marque, some stalls will be back to back so space will be limited. Spaces will also be allocated outside of the Marquee under individual Gazebos.

Stall holders must bring their own tables & chairs unless booked via this form. If you end up requiring any tables or chairs on the day, which you did not book in advance, these will be chargeable by card payment if we have any spare.

Hot Food stalls will not be located in the large marquee, these are located near the power supply

Food Hygiene Certificates required on food stalls (Must be displayed so make sure it's either laminated or in a standing frame)

All generators must be petrol, a fire extinguisher is required on your stall if using a generator

What Happens Next?

Forms must be completed by Friday 19th June 2026 at the latest.

After this date all forms will be processed and a member of the Gala Committee will be in contact to confirm or decline your request.

If you receive a confirmation email it will contain an invoice for payment. Once payment is received your stall will be reserved.
