Metzger Community Preschool - 2nd Annual Gala Dinner and Silent Auction
Laissez les bons temps rouler! This year's auction will be Mardi Gras themed, and will take place on Friday March 1st. Last year's event was not only a lot of fun, but there were many fantastic items up for auction and we raised over $4000 for the preschool!

Join us for a voyage to New Orleans featuring:
- A buffet off authentic creole food including jambalaya, etouffee and more from the legendary Bistro Montage.
Seriously, if you haven't had their food before you are missing out. Jambalaya, etouffe, gumbo, mac and cheese and
more!
- Traditional King Cake imported directly from the Big Easy.
- A silent auction to raise funds to continue to update the new space and work to create a scholarship fund for future
students.
- An update from our current board presidents and Mary on our first year in the new space as well as our plans and
vision for the preschool in the future!


PLEASE NOTE: Like Bourbon street, this event is for adults only.

- Attire: It's entirely up to you! Feel free to let your Mardi Gras spirit show with beads, masks, feathers and more!
Pricing (payment via invoice)
All tickets will include a bid number, a buffet spread of legendary cajun food and a ticket for a beverage of your choice (wine, beer or non-alcoholic options all available, sorry, no Hurricanes).
Tickets will be $40 at the door, but we have some exciting new pricing options this year including the opportunity to sponsor a table (will seat 6 and have your company or family name on it to reserve it). Note: There are only 5 tables available to sponsor.

For pre purchase, open until 24 hours prior to the event:
$35 per person
$60 per couple
$160 for a table (6 people)

Early bird pricing before February 1:
$30 per person
$50 per couple
$135 to sponsor a table (6 people)

But wait, there's more . . . . The first 40 tickets sold will get TWO drink tickets each so act fast!

Ready to jump on it? Simply fill out the next section with your name and contact information and the number of tickets you need and look for an emailed invoice from our treasurer in the next 24 hours. We'll have your bid number and drink tickets waiting at the door when you get there on the 1st!
