Circles Greater Pittsburgh's Executive Director Tammy Thompson and a host of other community partners are hosting the Cliff Effect Conference. Cliff effect occurs when ineligibility for subsidies like food, child care, transportation or housing are no longer available for working, low-income families experiencing a minor rise in earnings.

In order to display the importance of the conference and the struggles real people face in the Pittsburgh area, a Public Service Announcement must be created, starting with a focus group.

A $15 transportation stipend will be awarded to focus group attendees.
