2018 Southtown Showcase-Food Vendors
The annual Southtown Showcase is a networking event that also promotes local food and drinks. We promote the event to our Southtown, Brookside and Troost Ave members as well as thousands more. The event draws businesses and community members from across the KC, making it a great way to promote your business and connect with potential customers. So join, us Wednesday May 9th to showcase your business!

Donation request:
Food or drink samples for 100 or more people. Restaurants, caterers and other food vendors – this is a great way to promote your business. We also encourage you to donate gift cards or other swag to be included as door prizes (another way to increase exposure).

• Mention in social media ahead of the event
• Mention in the event program
• Recognition during the event
• 2 VIP event tickets (promote your offerings and meet a room full of prospective customers)
• Opportunity to display coupons, menus or other promotional items at your space
• Opportunity to include the same in our event bags (sent home with each attendee)
• Opportunity to include a gift card or other swag to be included as door prizes

Event details:
Wednesday May 9th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Brookside Gardens event space, 624 E 63rd Street, Kansas City, MO 64110. Food and drinks can be delivered and setup between 3 and 5 pm. We encourage you to attend so your product is properly displayed and served the way you’d like it. If you can’t we can arrange for pickup, but please be aware we can only keep food cold (not heated) so plan accordingly. We ask that you include necessary serving trays and utensils that can be taken with you at the end of the evening or thrown away.
