Please be advised this is an interest form, and upon review of your submission a formal acknowledgement will be sent to those vendors that culturally fit this event. I understand that this is a "Rain or Shine" event, and my vendor fee will be processed regardless. I agree to notify Trails and Trains Festival 30 days in advance should I wish to withdraw my vendor application and fee.

If you are planning on offering on-site or off-site demonstrations of your produce/service, you are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI). You must certify that The Town of Old Fort, McDowell County Tourism Development Authority, and Trails & Trains Festival are not liable to any injury, incident or damage incurred by both Exhibitor/Vendor/Vendor Equipment or Attendees. Failure to provide COI will restrict you from allowing demos during the festival.
Vendors must provide their own display equipment set-up.  There is limited electricity on site and generators are not permitted without prior approval.  The vendor space is a mix of gravel and grass.  Please do not anticipate using tent stakes in your setup. It is recommended to have a waterproof cover with weights at each corner.  You will be assigned a space number in the weeks leading up to the event. Spaces will measure 10'x10' and in some cases 12'x'12 if space permits.  Infringement will not be tolerated on neighboring spaces.  Please keep all your packing material and extra merchandise inside your area, tent, or vehicle(s).
I understand that by completing this form I am submitting my information to become a vendor for Trails & Trains Festival on June 5-7, 2025. I understand that completing and submitting this form does not guarantee a vendor booth.  I will be notified via the contact methods I've provided to arrange for vendor booth payment and confirmation.
