Location: Green High School, 1474 Boettler Rd., Green, OH 44685
Set Up: Saturday, November 2 from 6:30AM- 8:45AM, SATURDAY SET-UP ONLY!

Applications must be submitted by August 1, 2019 for returning crafters to be guaranteed their space. All other applications will be placed on a waiting list until that time.
APPLICATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 11, 2019!

Space size: 8 feet wide with 2 feet on each side
Costs: $50 per space- The space does not include a table!
Optional Items: $15 for 8 ft table rental
No charge for electrical access

Confirmation regarding acceptance or rejection and other pertinent information will be sent via e-mail. Payment must be sent within 10 days of the receipt of this online application to: Green Band Boosters c/o Karen Prayner, 4339 Aylesford Rd., Uniontown, OH 44685. If you would like confirmation through the mail, or your check returned to you if you are not in the show, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment.
