quick touches.

Accuracy - Work
on short and long passes with proper technique.

Technique - Practice
shooting with both feet from various angles and distances. Focus on placement,
power, and quick release.
4. Game
Awareness (Soccer IQ) - Understand
positioning and decision-making. Practice scanning the field before receiving
the ball.
5. Speed &
Agility - Ladder
drills, cone sprints, and quick direction changes. Combine speed training with
ball work for real-game simulation.
6. Defensive
Skills - Practice
tackling timing, positioning, and jockeying. Learn to anticipate opponents'
moves and cut off passing lanes.
7. Strength
& Conditioning - Build
lower-body and core strength with bodyweight exercises. We will Incorporate
endurance drills like shuttle runs and interval sprints.
8. Teamwork
& Communication - Work
on calling for the ball and giving clear directions. Understand your role and
how to support teammates effectively
