Ibero Business Center assists new and aspiring entrepreneurs in the creation and expansion of their business. As an Entrepreneurship Assistance Center (EAC), Ibero Business Center is funded in part by Empire State Development, and is a division of the Ibero American Action League based out of Rochester, NY.

Ibero Business Center specializes in assisting minority, women and veterans who are looking to become entrepreneurs. We offer both one-on-one counseling and classroom training, develop business plans, accessing funding for loans and grants, in-depth counseling and guidance in completing the Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) NY state certification.
