Trip Preference. Although we cannot guarantee which trip you will be assigned, we will do our best to accomodate your wishes.
I (we) understand that:
The total cost of the trip will be approximately $1650.00 - $1850.00 dependent primarily on flight and hotel costs. This cost will be finalized in the Spring of 2017.
A $500.00 deposit (money order or cheque made payable to the Canmore Collegiate High School) must be received by than December 12, 2016.
I (we) understand a deposit alone will not guarantee participation, as participation will be prioritized in order that the deposits are received.
I (we) understand: If our student chooses to participate, his/her deposit, will be non-refundable after December 2016, as a committment is required to finalize costs for all other participants. However, deposits may be refunded if a new student commits a $500 deposit to replace the withdrawing student (dependent on gender and trip dates).
