Circuits:
Calling all future scientists and engineers! With Snap Circuits,(the Legos of electronics) anyone and everyone can learn the fundamentals of electronics, engineering, science, and technology. In this course, we will use Snap Circuits to explore the nature and inner workings of electrical currents- all while having a blast building something together. Once we begin, students will be able to see where science and technology collide on our Snap Circuit boards. Come join us and learn about the dynamic world of electricity!
Students will gain a better understanding of the following concepts:
- Nature of electricity
- Electric wires and switches
- DC motors, resistors, & lamps
- Grid-based design thinking
- Series and parallel circuits
- Basics of mechanical engineering
