#WhatsYourMore Challenge for May: Pledge today to add more activity into your daily routine for the month of May and see the difference in your health and well-being!

Fill out the form below to identify how you will add more physical activity into your daily life. Note: You will receive a weekly email on ways you can add in more activity as well as hear about any on-campus events that involve physical activity. Then, come out to the President's Campus Walk on Thursday, May 11 (check in begins at 4pm; walk begins at 4:30) to sign the #WhatsYourMore poster and participate in the walk - 1 mile and 3.14 mile routes available.

Use the #WhatsYourMore hashtag and tag @gthealthwellbeing on Instagram and Facebook to share the ways you are incorporating more physical activity into your daily life. Your photo could be featured on our social media platforms!
