INSTRUCTIONS This project proposal form is a preliminary visioning document to gauge where you are in the community design process. Please don’t be afraid to apply because you are still working on aspects of this project, or if you feel like you can not answer all the questions in this form. We only hope that your proposal gives us the information we need to best catalyze your community project through our program.

DEADLINES Program Registration & Project Proposal: Due by 11:59 pm, THUR, JAN 12, 2017. We will not be accepting late proposals. Application Fee: Due by the 1st VBC 17 Placemaking Program meeting, THUR, FEB 2, 2017.
