Help Me Stay Motivated To Train
(Even if You Haven't Been Running or if You Just Haven't Been Consistent with Your Training)
When it comes to training for a race like a half or full marathon, there's no one size fits all answer. This is especially true for middle age runners. If you take a moment to tell me a little more about your situation, I'll be able to share the #1 or 2 things to do next, specifically for YOU.
When it comes to training for 1/2 or full marathons, are you challenged with getting or staying motivated to train?
Which of the following best describes your age? (we can apply different strategies depending on your age group)
When it comes to your running ability, which describes you best (experience, athletic ability & your goals can determine the most appropriate workouts for someone with your challenge)?
Novice - Never Ran A Race Before
Beginner - Have run at least one 10k, 1/2 or full marathon
Intermediate/Advanced - Have run multiple 1/2 or full marathons
