NYCIML 2024-2025 Registration
Hello Coaches!

Please fill out the following so that we can get you contest information.
Dates are as scheduled:

Fall 2024
Soph-Frosh (Most on Thursday): 10/24, 11/19, 12/19
Junior (all on Thursday): 10/10, 11/7, 12/5
Senior A/B (all on Wednesday): 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, 11/13, 12/11

Each registered school will be asked to pay $75 in order to help with operating expenses, such as award distribution, regardless of how many divisions they are competing in. This fee covers up to 3 teams in each division (Soph-Frosh, Junior and Senior A/B). Additional teams beyond the first three in a division can also be registered at a cost of $25 per team.

Example 1: A school is registering 1 team for Senior A, 0 teams for Junior, and 1 team for Soph-Frosh, they would pay $75 (base cost)

Example 2: A school is registering 4 teams for Senior A, 4 teams for Junior, and 2 teams for Soph-Frosh, they would pay $75 (base cost) + $25 (Senior A 4th team) + $25 (Junior 4th team) = $125.

Schools that have never registered or that registered last more than 5 years ago are eligible for a waiver for this year's contest fees.

Soph-Frosh Division
Freshmen and Sophomores currently enrolled in Geometry or Algebra 2 (or below) are eligible to take the Soph-Frosh contests. If a student has completed both of these courses, they are not eligible, but may compete in the Junior Division instead.

Junior Division
All Juniors (and below) are eligible for the Junior Division.
A Senior may only complete on a Junior team if their school is not registering a Senior team and there are only a maximum of 2 Seniors competing. If a school has 3 or more Seniors competing, they must field a Senior team, which may include Juniors.

Senior Divisions
Schools can register for either the Senior A or Senior B, but not both.

All students are eligible for the Senior meets. The Senior B is generally at an easier level than the Senior A.
Specialized schools (and Hunter) may not take the Senior B contest.

Schools Outside of NYC
Please note that schools outside of New York City may register and take the contests. They are subject to the same fees as NYC schools and their submitted results will be displayed on our website. They are not, however, eligible to receive team or individual awards at the end of the year.

Fees are $75, unless you would like to have more than 3 teams in one of the divisions, in which case there is an additional charge of $25 per additional team.
